And for the last 26 years I have done nothing but help people get everything they want in real estate.

For the last 4 years I have compiled everything I have learned into bite sized easy to learn classes on demand.

I help agents transform their real estate business with effective coaching and training tools who previously relied on ineffective sales and marketing skills. And I help people who feel stuck.

I have over 2 decades of experience in marketing, sales and real estate. I started my career selling new construction homes and after about 10 years I obtained my real estate license. A few years later I started a team and then I opened my boutique brokerage White Glove Realty.

My passion is diving deep into mindset and uncovering what I call the 4 key areas of success. This is how my training is different. I have woven in high level sales, marketing, and mindset training into each and every class. You shouldn't have to struggle to build a successful business.

My mission is to inspire and support entrepreneurs to lead with their soul and work smarter.  I consult agents and small business owners in developing their leadership skills, purpose, brand identity, marketing and success strategies.
