Year end planning is a great time to assess what is working and what is not working in your business. If things are working - keep doing it! And maybe even double down on it.Â
However, if you are putting in effort, expending time and money and not getting a return on it then its time to reassess. Its not smart to continue pouring into something that isn't working.Â

Well - yes you can. And sometimes you should. And it may be best to reframe your thinking to - I will STOP losing and start directing my energy towards things that win me more resources, rewards, and recognition - or maybe some relaxation!
Here is the meaning;

My name is Jessica Holcomb and for the last 26 years I have done nothing but help people get everything they want in real estate.
For the last 4 years I have compiled everything I have learned into bite sized easy to learn courses on demand.

And I help agents who feel stuck.Â
This is what makes my real estate training different. I have woven into each and every course high level sales and motivational techniques that I and others have paid thousands per class to attend.Â
Most of an agents success is reliant on their mental stamina and their time and intentional actions on a consistent basis.Â
This is where agent...

It is a daunting task to make a move. Building a new construction home has even more moving parts involved from choosing all of the details from top to bottom, and the entire building process from start to finish. Its a lot for both the home buyer and the real estate agent to stay on top of it all.
Here are a few facts about the home building process;Â

2. The Home Builder hires a project manager or construction manager to coordinate the permitting processes and scheduling out the contractors to build the home in a timely fashion.Â
3. There are typically many restrictions involved when selecting your home site. Not all of the floor plans will fit on each lot and usually the building guidelines prohibit building the same floor plan and elevation or brick color right next to each other.

As we are nearing the end of the year its the perfect time to reassess where we are in our business. And most importantly map out where we want to be. Taking the time to do so not only creates clarity but it also creates a clear step by step guide to follow.

We all love opportunities however sometimes we can become distracted by too many opportunities and end up with shiny object syndrome.
In this episode we talk about the 3 questions that you can ask yourself so you can better discern any opportunity that shows up.Â
I also share my story about ending up on an HGTV episode as well as wearing a hard hat as a project manager. Both of them were really great experiences and I'm glad I did both. It's clear to see how different opportunities can either push you forward toward your goals or put you on a small detour. There are no wrong answers here - because sometimes you need to experience something so you know what you don't want and what you do want becomes more clear.
